This fun activity included three individual competition events ("Skillful Hands", "Sports Talent", "Qigong Master") and one team competition event ("Nailing on the Board"). Among them, the team competition event "Nailing on the Board" was the most popular project in the whole sports meeting. In each competing team, there were three people in a group. Two people blew up balloons, and one person sat on a chair to burst the balloons. Everyone worked together and competed fiercely. The cheerleading team was also not to be outdone and did their best to cheer for them. The scene was filled with hearty laughter and applause.

The "competitors" on the court were competing nervously, and the onlookers beside them kept cheering. Completing the competition through team cooperation strengthened mutual communication. Everyone gained happiness through sports and enhanced their friendship, and the relationship among colleagues became more harmonious.
